My grilled cheese consisted of pita bread and hummus. When I\u00a0was younger, my background was a feature I desperately tried to hide.<\/p>\n
She insisted that I meet this stranger. However, I was reluctant.<\/p>\n
I hope that my voice will jump out to the reader and show my range\u00a0of emotion throughout the trip.<\/p>\n
My theme is about remembrance and answering the question what happens\u00a0after we are gone.<\/p>\n
In my narrative I would like to focus on the topic of friendship emerging from difficulty.<\/p>\n
It was a beautiful, tragic, depressing, and confusing event for me.<\/p>\n
The ceremony itself is inherently commemorating a major change in\u00a0one\u2019s life.<\/p>\n
Flowing with the theme of the narrative, the opening voice will be rather\u00a0down and unhappy, followed by a calming and intelligent voice (the voice of my\u00a0father), and close with a sort of enlightened and humorous voice.<\/p>\n
My audience will be my peers\u2014people who may go through a similar change or realization\u2014and also myself, so I can truly reflect on my experience and almost figure out how it precisely changed me.<\/p>\n
Not only was I allergic to them, but they just seemed like glaring, hairball coughing, irrelevant creatures in my eyes.<\/p>\n
The voice and style will be a combination of description and dialogue, and will be in a sort of terrified, frantic, awe at my situation.<\/p>\n
I can pour my emotions into the writing better.<\/p>\n
I hope to talk about the changes I have undergone in the last 6 months, both\u00a0coming to terms with moving away from home and trying to integrate into a different country and culture.<\/p>\n
What I want to focus on in my narrative is the idea of escape and relaxation and how\u00a0these two ideas are connected.<\/p>\n
Mostly, I hope to make the scene and the characters come alive\u00a0and allow the reader to draw thematic conclusions from the genuine interactions\u00a0that took place.<\/p>\n\n
