I’ll walk away from this class with a lot of insight. I came into the class expecting to write about apps I already knew about; about the tech aspects, the user base, etc. What I got from a semester of writing about authorship in the digital world is that each of us with an iPhone are composing posts (on Instagram, snapchat, and Twitter) that create for us a public portfolio open and accessible to the entire world. There’s many challenges in this course, many of which were internal for me specifically. You do have to challenge yourself to grow as a writer in this class, and challenge your past knowledge and writing. My best piece of advice for this class is to take every bit of feedback and really harness it; use it to your advantage.<\/p>\n\n
