Again, your focus is on substance and content, and you\u2019ll respond directly to the rubric\u2019s conceptual prompts on the peer review sheet itself.\u00a0<strong>Do not write on edit your partners\u2019 papers.<\/strong>\u00a0If you have suggestions about style or organization that will make the argument more compelling, state them in your rubric responses.<\/p>\n<p>For each peer review<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download a copy of the appropriate peer review sheet, depending on which option your peer has chosen (also in Files menu on Canvas): <a href=\"https:\/\/utexas.instructure.com\/courses\/1266903\/files\/folder\/Peer%20Review%20Sheets\/Final%20Paper%20Peer%20Review%20Sheets?preview=52891264\">Option 1-Restorative Counterargument<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/utexas.instructure.com\/courses\/1266903\/files\/folder\/Peer%20Review%20Sheets\/Final%20Paper%20Peer%20Review%20Sheets?preview=53702652\">Option 2-Analysis<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/utexas.instructure.com\/courses\/1266903\/files\/folder\/Peer%20Review%20Sheets\/Final%20Paper%20Peer%20Review%20Sheets?preview=53702654\">Option 3-Role of Pathos<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/utexas.instructure.com\/courses\/1266903\/files\/folder\/Peer%20Review%20Sheets\/Final%20Paper%20Peer%20Review%20Sheets?preview=53702655\">Option 4-Explication of a Text<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Assignments menu on Canvas, and\u00a0click the Final Paper Assignment. In the Submission Details box, click one of the two student names under Assigned Peer Reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Download your peer\u2019s essay to your own computer by clicking the image or name of the document.<\/li>\n<li>Read the whole essay through once before you write anything.<\/li>\n<li>Put your name and your peer\u2019s name on the peer review sheet and respond to each of the rubric\u2019s conceptual prompts as specifically and concretely as you can. There is no greater gift than constructive, concrete feedback from an engaged reader.<\/li>\n<li>Save your peer review sheet your desktop with a descriptive file name, and then upload it to canvas by clicking the Attach File link under the Comments box on your peer\u2019s submission page.
