From my family to yours, Merry Christmas and enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ingredients (feeds up to 6 people):<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">4 ounces of day-old French or Italian bread, cut into \u00be inch slices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1\/3 cup golden raisins<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3 ounces of cream cheese, cut into \u00bc inch slices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1 \u00bd cups of milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u00bd cup maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1 teaspoon of vanilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">2 tablespoons of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Optional: Additional maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Materials:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">11 x7 baking dish<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Non-stick cooling spray<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Medium and small-sized mixing bowls<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Electric mixer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Process:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Spray non-stick cooling spray on 11 x7 baking dish before layering \u00be inch bread slices evenly in dish. Dust golden raisins and cream cheese over bread slices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Beat eggs with electric mixer in medium-sized mixing bowl until fully blended. Add milk, maple syrup and vanilla and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Pour egg mixture carefully over layer of bread slices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Cover baking dish and refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">After dish has set for at least 4 hours, preheat oven to 350\u00b0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
