I always make banana bread at home when we have brown\u00a0bananas and the other two are also fun to make, although I don&#8217;t have as much experience with them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banana Bread<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>2 cups all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>1-teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup butter<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p>2 large brown bananas<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat over to 250 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9&#215;5 inch loaf plan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs, mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Puppy Chow<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>9 cups crispy rice cereal squares<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup peanut butter<\/p>\n<p>1-cup semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd cups confectioner\u2019s sugar<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat, add cereal, and stir until coated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal, and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Banana Pudding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix<\/p>\n<p>2 cups cold milk<\/p>\n<p>1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk<\/p>\n<p>1-tablespoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed<\/p>\n<p>1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers<\/p>\n<p>14 bananas, sliced<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Blend in condensed milk until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped topping.<\/li>\n<li>Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture in a glass-serving bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Chill until served.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I chose these recipes because they are all easy to make and delicious.
