Instead of spending all your money on just one slice of cheesecake, you can make your own whole cheesecake for just about the same price as one slice from a restaurant like The Cheesecake Factory. This could be your new comfort food to eat when you come home from a long day of classes and just want to forget about school for a moment. My mother would make this a lot when I was younger, so I thought it would be fun to try and make it on my own. I ate the whole thing within a few days and have no regrets.
