Thanks, Courtney, for this post and all the others that you have written chronicling your country journey this past semester. I remember that earlier in the semester you said that you didn’t feel like you knew very much about country music, but I think it’s clear that that is no longer the case. I hadn’t really thought about Blake Shelton performing mostly for women… I guess that’s maybe why I don’t pay much attention to him.
