My senior year

As I mentioned in my blog curator post, I use my phone mostly for pictures. I enjoy taking photos and with that being said I enjoy using social media apps that deal mostly with photos. Snapchat and instagram are where I usually do most of my posting.

This first photo was taken on Lake Austin. Lake Austin has become a kind of escape for my friends and I. On days we end class early or on a sunny Sunday, we love to get the boat out and play in the sun and work on our water tricks. We also really enjoy doing this because we get to really get deep inside Austin’s hill country and see Austin in a different way, from water instead of land.

This second photo is from Austin’s famous race Formula 1. This was an experience I have always wanted to attend. I always heard that people come from all over the world to see and participate in this race. This racetrack also has some very special features that make it one of a kind. It was such a different world out there. The sounds and enormity of this place was something that was very new to me. Beyond just watching the race, I also attended the Taylor Swift concert after which was my favorite part.

As for my third photo, a picture says a thousand words, and this one definitely tags the location itself. I liked this photo because this is a trend of street ‘art’ that we are starting to see appear in a lot of place. We recently just got a #ATX by the whole foods on Lamar. But this photo was taken this past week over spring break… as I went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This is a screenshot of an instagram my friend posted of us on our last night. This was my 3rd year to go to Cabo for spring break and nothing beats the Mexican sun and pretty views!
